ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Please note that all clearance sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded during the clearance sale
Marttini by lana ONLY offers exchanges or Gift cards within 21 days of purchase.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged and have original tags attached.
We do not give Refunds, exchanges or give credit notes for Jewellery, Swimwear, Sunglasses, and Sale items.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES
- Go to our customer self serve returns link https://shopify.com/35759456395/account where you will access your account and you can submit a returns request.
- Click what you will be returning and a reason
- Please allow up to 3 days for a return to be approved or disapproved
- We will email you back on how to send your items back and will add a note to your order that you will be sending your items back to us
- Once you have received a reply please don't delay sending your items back as if items have been too long to be sent back your return will be denied.
- Once we have received your items back we will inspect the items and then you will be issued a Gift Card via email (make sure you check your junk mail too if you haven't received it)
Marttini by lana reserves the right to deny an exchange or online gift card if items are not in original condition. You will be notified via email or Phone if your returned item is not suitable for an exchange or gift card.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Marttini by lana will not be issued an exchange or gift card. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months which will be stated on the Gift Card you receive.
PRIOR TO PURCHASING FROM MARTTINI BY LANA YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR POLICY, AND ITS YOUR DUTY TO CHECK OUR POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM US.
FAULTY ITEMS
Marttini by lana examines from top to bottom all garments before they are sent out to our customers to avoid any faults and that garments are at a high level of quality for our customers.
In the case of a manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to replace, repair, exchange or offer a credit note. Please make sure you have notified us and items must be received within 21 days of initial purchase online for faulty items to be accepted.
Please note colouring on items can vary due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location and the use of natural outside lighting. We do not take reasonability for this.
Stock sells out very fast at Marttini by lana so we suggest you notify us as soon as you can as we cannot guarantee the item purchased is still in stock.

All Online orders should be returned to the address below including your full name and order number. The goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Marttini by lana.
