ONLINE RETURN POLICY

COVID UPDATE 

PLEASE NOTE RETURNS HAVE BEEN TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO GET TO US DUE TO COVID AND OUR STORE BEING CLOSED. AS SOON AS YOUR RETURN HAS REACHED US WE WILL CONTACT YOU. PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WITH YOU.

Marttini by lana ONLY offers exchanges or credit notes within 14 days of purchase. 
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged and have original tags attached. 

We do not give Refunds, exchanges or give credit notes for Jewellery, Swimwear, Sale items and Items bought using discount codes.

See below regarding items that are faulty. 

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

  1. Email us at info@shopmarttinibylana.com.au
  2. Let us know what you will be returning and why along with your name and order number
  3. Please allow up to 3 days for a reply 
  4. We will email you back and will add a note to your order that you will be sending your items back to us
  5. Once you have received a reply from us please make sure items have all tags attached and items have been unworn. 
  6. Items can be sent back using the same parcel package making sure its securely taped up, leaving your full name and order number inside parcel.
  7. Once we have received your items back we will inspect the items and then you will be issued a online Gift Card via email (make sure you check your junk mail too if you haven't received it)

 

Marttini by lana reserves the right to deny an exchange or online credit note if items are not in original condition. You will be notified via email or Phone if your returned item is not suitable for an exchange or credit note.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Marttini by lana will not be issued an exchange or credit note. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Online Credit notes are valid for 3 months and your enquiry date will be noted on the credit you receive via email and Online credit notes can only be used online.

Please Note we can exchange online purchases Instore as long as you have proof of purchase and it is within the 14 day time frame.

STORE RETURNS POLICY

 

Items that have been bought instore we offer instore exchanges or instore credit notes within 7 days.

Garments must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged and have original tags along with proof of purchase receipt.

Instore Credit notes are valid for 1 month from the date issued on the credit note and are to be used in store only.

We do not give Refunds, exchanges or give credit notes for Jewellery, Swimwear, Sale items, and do not exchange on repeat exchanges.

FAULTY ITEMS

 

Marttini by lana examines from top to bottom all garments before they are sent out to our customers to avoid any faults and that garments are at a high level of quality for our customers.

In the case of a manufacturing fault, we are more than happy to replace, repair, exchange or offer a credit note. Please make sure you have notified us and items must be received within 14 days of initial purchase online for faulty items to be accepted and if the item was bought instore you have 7 days to notify us.

Please note colouring on items can vary due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location and the use of natural outside lighting. We do not take reasonability for this.

Stock sells out very fast at Marttini by lana so we suggest you notify us as soon as you can as we cannot guarantee the item purchased is still in stock.

All Online orders should be returned to the address below including your full name and order number. The goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Marttini by lana.
