CASUAL WAREHOUSE & CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Marttini By Lana is looking for a reliable, organised and motivated individual to join our growing fashion brand at our Belmore warehouse!

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Picking, packing and dispatching online orders
• Responding to customer service emails and enquiries
• Assisting customers with local order pickups
• Managing orders and inventory through Shopify
• Stocktaking, counting and organising inventory
• General warehouse duties and assisting with day-to-day operations where needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience in fashion retail, e-commerce or warehousing
• Familiarity with Shopify and warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Someone reliable, punctual, proactive and able to work independently
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Freelance Fashion Designer | Women's Fashion

Location: Sydney, NSW
Position: Freelance / Part-Time
Hours: Approximately 8–10 hours per month (flexible)

About Us

Marttini By Lana (MBL) is an established Australian women's fashion label specialising in elevated essentials, statement pieces and exclusive designs.

As we continue to grow our MBL Exclusives range, we're looking for a talented and creative Freelance Fashion Designer to work closely with our founder in bringing new collections to life.

About the Role

We're looking for someone with a strong eye for fashion, an understanding of current trends and experience in women's clothing design.

You'll work directly with our founder, who will provide the creative direction, inspiration, concepts and styles she would like to develop.

Your role will be to help refine these ideas into cohesive, commercially appealing collections that align with the MBL aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our founder to develop 1–2 collections per month.
• Transform inspiration, reference images and concepts into original designs.
• Assist with selecting fabrics, colours, silhouettes and design details.
• Create design sketches and technical specifications where required.
• Help refine fit, construction and overall garment design.
• Review physical samples together and recommend adjustments before production.
• Ensure collections align with the MBL brand identity and target customer.

About You

• Previous experience in women's fashion design is essential.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics and fit.
• Ability to interpret creative direction and turn ideas into wearable, commercial designs.
• Knowledge of current and upcoming fashion trends.
• Experience with technical sketches and tech packs is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative, organised and comfortable working collaboratively.

Location & Flexibility

This is a flexible freelance position requiring approximately 8–10 hours per month, with the potential for ongoing work as our collections grow.

Sydney-based applicants are essential, as we'd love to meet in person at our Belmore HQ to discuss designs, review fabrics and assess samples together.

We already work with established manufacturing partners, so factory sourcing and production management are not required. Our founder will coordinate sampling and production directly with our factories.

Are you obsessed with fashion, live on Instagram & TikTok, and have a creative eye for content? We’re on the hunt for a casual content creator to join our team in Belmore!

What we’re looking for:

• Strong fashion sense & styling skills
• Experience with Instagram & TikTok content creation
• Confident in filming, editing & posting content
• Eye for detail and aesthetic
• Able to work independently and bring creative ideas to life
• Editing skills a must (Reels, stories, TikTok etc.)

Location: Belmore

Hours: Flexible – based on your skills and availability
