We offer Local pick up/Click and collect from our HQ location at Shop 1/680 Canterbury Road Belmore NSW

Local pick-up orders are available strictly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, from our HQ warehouse in Belmore. Please note that this is not a retail shop—it is solely a pick-up location, as we operate exclusively online.

Orders placed for local pick-up are typically packed within the hour if placed on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If your order is placed outside these times or days, it will usually be packed the next business day. A notification will be sent to you once your order is packed.

To streamline the process, we recommend emailing us once your order has been placed to let us know when you plan to pick it up.

When picking up your order, please provide your order number or show proof of purchase on your phone. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, kindly notify us via email in advance and ensure they have your order number or a screenshot of the order.

Local pick-up orders will be held for a maximum of 21 days. If you’re unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
