Please expect delays with all deliveries during this time due to flights being grounded and delays occurring with customs clearances that are constantly changing. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control and we hope you can understand through these tough times.

 

Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement this includes items paid with Afterpay too, weekends and public holidays excluded. Any delays you will be notified via email.

Customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: If you require a split shipment due to a re-stock/pre-order it will incur a second delivery fee, you will be notified of this if necessary. If you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing.

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

 

All Australian orders are shipped using a registered freight service by Australia Post, whereby you can track your order online.

We offer 2 Options Standard Shipping and Express Shipping, Standard shipping can take 2-4 business days and Express Shipping can take 1-3 business days.

Estimated delivery times are used as a guide only, and do not take into account any possible delays.

Shipping times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods and sales dispatch.

Free Shipping on all Australian Orders over $199. when checking out this will automatically be deducted.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We use eParcel by Australia Post, International Shipping Starts from $20 AUD.

International shipping takes 4-15 business days from the date your order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.

Shipping times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods and sales dispatch.

Please be aware that international orders may incur a customs or an import duty fee. You are responsible for payment of these fees. They differ depending on country you are ordering from. Please contact your local custom offices for further information.

IN STORE PICK UP

Select PICK UP option at checkout

Orders will be ready for pick up within 4hrs, you will be notified once your order is ready to be picked up. If your order is urgent please call our store 02 9888 7852 and we will do our best to fulfil your order straightaway for pick up.

When picking up your order In Store please have your receipt with you.

Orders will be held for a maximum of 7 days only.
