HOW TO USE YOUR STORE CREDIT
Your MBL store credit is linked directly to the email address it was issued to there is no gift card or separate credit code required.
TO USE YOUR STORE CREDIT:
- Visit our online store.
- Add your favourite items to your cart.
- Sign into your MBL account using the same email address your store credit was issued to.
- Once signed in, proceed to checkout.
- Your available store credit will appear at checkout under Payment, where you can choose to apply it to your order.
CAN’T SEE YOUR STORE CREDIT?
If your store credit does not appear at checkout, please check out directly through our website rather than the Shop app/Shop Pay and make sure you are logged into your MBL account using the correct email address.
If you don’t receive your login code, please check your junk or spam folder.
PLEASE NOTE: Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and cannot be applied to an order after the order has been placed.
